ISLAND PASSES & PINE ISLAND SOUND
Explore Pine Island Sound and the Sanibel–Captiva passes.
Sanibel and Captiva lie alongside Pine Island Sound, connecting island visitors with flats, backcountry bays and pass fishing. Capt. Andy Boyette serves this area as part of his guided Southwest Florida charter service.

Snook, redfish and the island passes
The island waters offer snook and redfish around Captiva Pass and Redfish Pass, together with the flats and bays of Pine Island. Trout are another option in the sound. The fishing plan takes account of the season and current conditions.
Tarpon along the coast
Early summer can bring tarpon moving along the Fort Myers Beach area toward Boca Grande. If tarpon are your priority, discuss a dedicated trip with Capt. Andy rather than assuming an inshore charter follows the same route.
Guided charter options
Capt. Andy specializes in tarpon fishing around Boca Grande, Charlotte Harbor and surrounding waters. From April through October, he fishes exclusively for tarpon. These trips book early; contact him ahead of your preferred dates. Ask about other species outside those months.
Choose a 6-hour AM or PM trip, an 8-hour trip or a 10-hour trip. See the published trip rates for 1–3 anglers; a fourth angler is an additional $200 per trip. Maximum four anglers per boat.
Bait, tackle and the charter fishing license are included. See full rates and inclusions or prepare for your fishing day.
