A practical base on the harbor

Burnt Store Marina is a useful launching area for several different fisheries. Tarpon trips and light-tackle inshore fishing can call for different destinations, so the captain plans around the season and conditions.

A history of guiding from the area

Capt. Andy’s guiding history includes involvement with the Burnt Store Marina Fishing Guides Association beginning in 2000. His connection to the area forms part of a guiding career that began in 1998. Ask directly about departure arrangements for your dates.

Guided charter options

Capt. Andy specializes in tarpon fishing around Boca Grande, Charlotte Harbor and surrounding waters. From April through October, he fishes exclusively for tarpon. These trips book early; contact him ahead of your preferred dates. Ask about other species outside those months.

Choose a 6-hour AM or PM trip, an 8-hour trip or a 10-hour trip. See the published trip rates for 1–3 anglers; a fourth angler is an additional $200 per trip. Maximum four anglers per boat.

Bait, tackle and the charter fishing license are included. See full rates and inclusions or prepare for your fishing day.
